Rates, Restrictions and Policies
Rates are per night, double occupancy and include a complimentary breakfast each morning.
Rates are subject to 9% Vermont Rooms and Meals tax and 1% Local Tax.
Nightly rates and minimum night stay information are found in our reservation system.

To be sure our guests receive personalized attention, we ask that you phone in your reservations. That way
we can place you in a room according to your requirements, such as being on the 1st level,
or perhaps making sure the room has a walk-in shower or a bathtub & shower instead of a shower only.
Guest Policies
Reservations, Charges and Cancellations
Individual Reservations
Your Well Behaved and Supervised Children are always welcome.
Some rooms can accommodate an extra person, please inquire. Charges are as follows: cost is per night and in addition to a double occupancy rate.
Age: 0 to 4, No Charge
Children: age 5-15 $25
Age 16 + $50
Reservations may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the check-in date without penalty.
At 14 days before your arrival date, the entire amount of your stay will be charged to the credit card you used to
reserve the room(s) and is non-refundable.
For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the reservation, a refund will be given only if the room can be re-booked, minus a $25 service charge. If the room cannot be rebooked, the guest will receive a voucher credit certificate in the dollar amount charged, minus a $25 service charge. The certificate can be used for mid-week, non-holiday lodging, and is valid for 1 year.
Group Reservations:
A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to secure a date on the calendar, with an estimate size of the group.
Full payment and final headcount are due 4 weeks prior to your event.
Pet Policy & Allergy Alert:
We do have 2 lovely resident Inn cats you might see walking about the common areas.
As a courtesy to those guests with severe allergies, we do not allow pets (yours or ours) EVER in any of our guest rooms.
Smoking Policy
All of our guest rooms and indoor spaces are non-smoking.
